Package Your Items
Carefully place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
